"Everything was amazing."

"Très bel hébergement!"

"The hotel looked like it had recently been renovated. Everything was clean and tidy. I did not like the fact that the in room refrigerator did NOT have a freezer compartment to freeze our ice pack for the cooler we took into the mtns daily. The breakfast was great very similar to what we had last year in Houghton/Hancock MI. Great way to start the day. The front desk person we saw when we checked in was not as helpful as she could be. "The hot tub was down. The pool was all cloudy. The bathrooms smelled like sewage.2 sets of towels for 6 guests. Full size beds in a queen bed room. Breakfast was great. Best continental breakfast iv ever had."

"Very nice"

"Overall, everything was good. However, no bottled water was provided during the stay, not even a complimentary welcome bottle. Thank you."

"Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. The hotel is dated, but they are doing improvements. Hotel is near the mall and other shopping outlets."

"Stayed here with my daughter on a mother/daughter trip. House was beautiful, staff was super helpful on recommendations in the area and our room was fantastic. We stayed in the Forever Tomgirl room which had a fireplace that was an added bonus in chilly nights. I would definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast"

"It seemed clean enough. The next morning I woke up with itchy bites all over me that after further research appear to be bed bug bites. No one is at the property full time, you have to call someone to come. After I researched the bites Expedia reached out to the property owner. They never received a response and proceeded to give me the contact info and I never received a response either. Ended up doing a charge back on credit card and it was issued without anyone contesting it."

"This is what I call a perfect hotel experience."

"The location was great and parking easy, but the room could have been cleaner, especially the floor."
