This hotel was so fun for my 8 year old who loved the arcade and waterslides. The room keys often stopped working for all 4 adults on the trip. We had to keep going to the main desk. They just need to update the system I think. We wish they offered housekeeping services during our 2 night stay. Bath tub and bathroom door not the cleanest. This hotel could use a bit of extra love (updating and deep clean). Price was good

Room was what was to be expected, beds were comfortable and the room was clean. However the room had a musty smell to it until the heat would turn on. The Hotel layout is horrendous with hallways and corridors to navigate to get to anything,appears that they just kept adding on and forgot to hire an architect.The spa(never found this in the maze) and fitness area was cluttered with broken equipment up and down the hallway.breakfast was as basic as a super 8. This hotel should have been a third less than what it cost per night.

Check in was simple. The room was standard but no table. Rooms were clean. Beds were uncomfortable. We spent 6 days and no housekeeping even though I asked twice. I had to ask for towels and garbage bags, toilet paper ect…Continental breakfast was decent but repetitive. The pool area needs a deep cleaning. Way too much chlorine. It’s conveniently located with a Perkins attached.
