"The room was clean and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. It was our Anniversary and they provided us with two pieces of cake and a bottle of wine as a surprise to our room! The only thing that wasn't perfect was the steak I had in the restaurant was super tough. They took a tiny amount off the bill to compensate but the wait staff were awesome. Overall a nice stay and I would book there again if needed."

"Chantel at the front desk was amazing. I had 3 flights and was exhausted from traveling. She was smiling, polite and asked if I needed anything. A slice of bread and peanut butter would be nice. Appreciate her going out of her way and I slept for 8 hours. I felt safe and secure and this was a clean hotel."

"We were here to see a concert at the Champlain valley expo center. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better - it was right across the street from the entrance to the expo center. It also was on a Main Street with lots of restaurant options, gas station, etc. The room itself was unremarkable but worked fine for my daughter and I - it was clean and quiet. The hotel was a bit worn (carpet was wearing and pulling in places, a fair amount of chipped paint and peeling wallpaper) and the parking was not great - we got back late after the show and took the very last parking spot. Also, the staff wasn’t super helpful when I asked questions for a few things at check in; I got better help from Google. None of that was really huge though, and overall, if I was going to the expo center again, I’d definitely stay here for the pure convenience of the location."

"Cottage was perfect with a lake cove view. Adirondack chairs everywhere so you can watch the sunsets over the mountains to west. Gardens were beautiful! Make sure you hike the trails along the lake."
