"Room started developing a small flood from the AC unit leaking onto the floor, it was too late for me to want to switch rooms, but the staff brought me a bunch of towels to soak up the water. The jets in the bathtub did not work and there was no plug for me to plug up the bathtub for my six-year-old to have a bath. We decided to go down to the pool and the pool and the Jacuzzi were extremely murky and dirty. There were eyelashes floating in the Jacuzzi and when the bubbles and jet jets stopped, I could not even see my body in the Jacuzzi because it was so mercury and dirty.
