The breakfast was our favorite of the whole trip, absolutely incredible. One younger woman at reception was an angel. However, there was absolutely urine soaked bedding in our room! From memory, I believe we were in 686. It's important urine soaked bedding is thrown away. I sent pictures to management. ...

Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Shijo
Our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the amenities were excellent. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kyoto.
