"Just love it"

"Highly recommend Cross Suites hotel. The check in process was easy and the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The common area on the first floor had games, vending machines, a cappuccino machine and water with lots of area to hang out. The guest room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. And the locations was right around the corner from Senso-Ji and lots of great restaurants."

"Great location"

"The room was spacious, clean, and location was super convenient. The staff were all very friendly. High recommend for families with children."

"This place was so affordable for what you got. I loved how it was in a quiet area but still close to all the action. They had a crib for my daughter and the staff was super helpful. I would absolutely recommend to others."

"Staff was clear and explained everything . The room was a little on the tiny side for 4 adults. We appreciated the separate toilet from shower. The full kitchen and provided amenities were great. The location was perfectly just tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo station but close enough."

"A great place for a great price. Lately hotels in Tokyo are abusively expensive. This place had a reasonable price for us. It had also quick access to 2 train stations and on a walk able distance to Sky tree. The entrance of my apartment had a weird smell but the rest of the room was clean and mostly looked like new. I recommend this place to stay with family or friends."

"Very clean. Staff was SOOO helpful and polite. Great stay for english speakers. Location is perfect for experiencing the city, Ueno park, Ameyoko market."

"Muy buena ubicación, hay muchos restaurantes cerca"

"Excellent"

"It was a great stay"

"First time coming to Japan ever, had my family including a 4yr old and 10yr old and it can get a bit overwhelming navigating everything. The staff was beyond helpful, from simple issues and local recommendations to helping us how figure out how to forward our luggage to Kyoto. Highly recommend for families. Excellent staff, couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for them."

"Clean large room. Washer/dryer combo inside the space that made a very loud beeping sound when done, so run laundry when you aren't sleeping. Great staff at front desk to help with whatever. Close to Tsuruhashi train station."

"This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to...

"The place was in a nice city located outside of Tokyo away from the crowds of tourists. The room was decent. All bunk beds were comfortable enough. The sofa that turns into a bed was not. It had a wooden crossbeam that digs in your back. The bathroom with the shower was a little too small for my taste. If you just need a basic place to sleep, this is it. If you are a light sleeper, this is NOT the place for you. The walls are very thin. It's easy to hear the outside noise. The light that shoots...
