"Room was very clean ,so was the hotel lobby and dinning are clean the breakfast was not free cost 11$ a person and the food wasnot good had biscuits that seem like they were a week old hard as rock crumbled to bits gravy was no good either do recommend having breakfast there stay was nice"

Our room with the Balcony was Perfect, couldn't ask for a better nighjt view or Sunrise over the river anywhere! Walked anywhere we needed to go and access to Campus, South & West Knoxville were very easy & within a few minutes drive. We'll definitely stay again next trip."

"This is our 3rd time staying at this location and the 2nd time in the Garden apartment. You can't beat the location, which is right in the middle of everything downtown! The apartment is always clean, well stocked, very welcoming and parking is a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again."
