The property is great and the staff and very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and it was a short walk to the convention center. The only thing I did not like and didn’t realize before hand is the parking at the property is valet only, which was an extra $35 a day.

Enjoyed a weekend trip at this hotel! We got an opportunity to do an early check, this hotel was really accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable! The room was beautiful as well as the common areas of the hotel. The decor was nice as they linked it to the textile industry in Knoxville. Justin at the front desk was outgoing and friendly. The bartender and the morning front desk person were not as cordial.

Cumberland House is a gem right in the heart of downtown Knoxville. The hotel has a stylish, modern vibe and the room layout was both functional and inviting. I especially loved the balcony with beautiful views of the Sunsphere and World’s Fair Park—perfect for a morning coffee or evening unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Knoxville!
