"Clean room & common areas. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Bean to cup coffee available in lobby all day. Easy walk to riverfront activities and facilities. Our room was on the south side of the 1st floor. We had our dog with us and the dog walk area was right outside the sliding glass door of our room. Convenient for pup’s potty breaks! "We chose the Blue room, and it was lovely! Very comfortable, and we enjoyed the decoration. I was hesitant to reserve, as it was our first B&B, but I am glad we did! Plus, it is close to all kinds of great food and colleges, as we were there to watch football."
