"There was no hot water to shower, staff did not clean the room for the second night stay and did not replace dirty towels when asked. Terrible experience here."

We weren’t able to get a first floor room in building where we usually stay, the food was not as good and over the past several years we saw a decline. We always loved staying there but this time it was way too busy. Not sure we will return"
