"Friendly staff! Convenient coffee within hotel. The property is located in downtown and the homeless and people on the street can be quite scary at night. Be mindful that train tracks also go through very closely so can be loud. The room was not the cleanest, they barely touch it. I think they make the bed and put new towels and that’s it but they are spacious. One day, they did the room and forgot to do the bed."

Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

"The staff was extremely helpful when I needed to take out a large amount of things for my daughter's wedding at the Convention Center next door. They gave me a cart to put the things on and let me leave it with them in the lobby while I parked my car and got my room things situated. I will say that the parking fees could have been waived considering I was already paying almost $500 for two nights and needed to park downtown for my daughter's wedding anyway. "Outdoor pool is great for the kids. Clean pool. Breakfast is decent and included in Expedia rate plan. Location is convenient for the event next to the Podium event venue. During our stay. The hotel staff was overwhelmed by the visitors due to the event that was happening. But overall our party had a great stay experience. Note for hotel management, be sure to keep the bed sheets cleaned and change out mattress as it was super soft and had very little back support."

"The stay was just fine. The floor(uncarpeted part) in the room we stayed in was sticky for whatever reason. The breakfast next day, a lot of the things were over even though we were there an hour before breakfast ended. The staff noticed the things that were out and wouldn't replenish it which was weird. Overall, would not book again, it was a last minute one night stay for us."
