"Would not recommended for a romantic couples getaway. Our room was next to entrance doors and a vending machine. Paid for a room with walk out access to the hot tub we never had the chance to use with children using it like a pool. Groups of children running the halls and our room was pranked. Called management about the noise but that wasnt a fix all. At check out asked for management to call....never got a call. On the upside though...room was clean & smelled good, bathroom was very nice and had lots of hot water for the shower. The restaurant was a highlight as was the location next to the river & walking paths."

"The bed was horrible, needed to be replaced 10 years ago. Pretty disappointed as the staff and amenities were great. A bed that feels old will not get return business from me, nothig beats a good nights sleep. Sorry Spokane Club, but you guys need to do better in this department. Get some decent beds! "

"The bar has a good menu with a great selection of alcohol, beer and wine. The bartenders make a great martini! The coffee bar that is also very good. They have Starbucks coffee and fresh pasties made by the hotel kitchen. Our favorite is the breakfast burrito. Our room was clean, but service was spotty and in the end we had to request maid service after 3 nights."

"Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms with a spacious shower. Well located near downtown Spokane, River Front Park, the Spokane Arena and numerous restaurants, all within walking distance. "
