"In a review from the hotel asking about the same thing you’re asking. I did put in a suggestion, but not a complaint that I felt the showers were somewhat dangerous. There were no handrails or the title was not a slip free. There weren’t tubs so little children and families would be in there and I felt that they needed to do something with that. I’m in the medical profession and I felt that this should be looked into. I would definitely go back to this hotel. I won’t eat at the restaurant. The prices are obnoxious."

"Due to an issue that the check in agent created, we were not able to check in and had to find alternate accommodation. They told us that needed to use same card to check in and since we had to switch out the card, we weren’t able to stay. We were 8 hotels from home on a Saturday night so we were left with no options but to try to find another hotel. Very frustrating and disappointing. Will never even consider this hotel again."

"We really enjoyed staying at this property. They had a shuttle that made it very convenient to be able to go downtown and get picked up from downtown and come back to the hotel. We flew in, we never needed a car.We stayed there five days and four nights and really liked the property.And the staff and the rooms were nice.The pool was nice and again.The shuttle to go downtown and be picked up and come back with awesome and shuttle to the airport"
