The resort staff was welcoming upon our arrival and the check-in process was efficient. Throughout our stay the members of your concierge service were extremely helpful, even proactively looking for and directing us to a beach that was clear of sargassum. The shuttle service was amazing with a great schedule.

The rooms were nice. The staff were friendly, but the back yard lounge/pool area was my favourite. Beautiful place to longe day or night. The free shuttle to Duval street runs every hour and made it so easy to enjoy downtown!

Nice quiet place, shuttle bus to old town key west was very convenient. Rooms are clean, front desk are super friendly and helpful. Pool is nice, kids love it. The restaurant is also very good.

Great stay!! The best part was the night bartender, he was so kind and helpful! Joe at the front desk was also great! The shuttle was very useful and had an easy to use schedule. Would stay here again.

The room itself was great. It did, however, show signs of age. Additionally, I kept having trouble with the door lock and kept getting locked out until a maintenance man made a repair. Staff is polite and helpful. Amenities were great. The restaurant had incredibly delicious food A++++.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. My wife is very mobility challenged. The first room they gave us was at the end of a very long hallway. When I raised it as an issue, they immediately moved us to a room much closer to the elevator and a much shorter walk. The entrance is a challenge with about 10 steps up to the lobby, but there is a handicapped ramp and also a handicapped lift. The front desk has to operate the lift but they were always available to help. On returns to the hotel, i would call them on my cell phone and someone would immediately come out to assist. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was very comfortable. Everything was excellent.

Our room was always clean with clean towels. The night person (Michelle) was very personable! The only thing that was an inconvenient was the elevator being out of order to where out room was. It was a long walk for me to go to the other side to get in the elevator. My legs don't work very well. It was like that for 3 days
