"Beware of the misleading main advertisement for this hotel! Breakfast is NOT included unless you specifically choose a room that shows a breakfast package. We did not see those specific room choices, and when asking the hotel staff about it, they said that they had NO control over what Hotels.com advertises. Also our A/C was out on our last night and we were told there was nothing they could do about it until the next day and they had no other rooms available. The shuttle service was really helpful though to and from the town and the airport, but needless to say we will not be going back."

"This property offers a unique experience while staying in Key West. The lodges were nicely appointed and roomy for a couple who like a different kind of holiday. We will definitely return in the future."
