Nice place to stay rooms were good, staff was excellent. The private beach is not somewhere you can swim. Just sit by the water and it’s like a salt water marsh. Breakfast was ok.

Room was very very clean at a point that i could smell the cleaning products very efficiently, the room was updated but the air conditioner wasn't in front or on the side of the bed its was just on top of the main door so at night it was kind of hot , outdoor patio was excellent with hammocks and nice view , the small beach at the back needs some maintenance but its okay in general , front desk lady was nice

My husband and I used took this trip for our anniversary. The property was lovely and the staff especially the manager. He went above and beyond every single day! From bringing drinks while lounging at pool, bringing fresh fruit out, and helping in anyway possible.

Continental breakfast. The free busing that was available 2 years ago has stopped. So now you're either paying an Uber or riding the bus. That was a lot of money every trip we went out. The nice thing was having the pool. We definitely will not be staying there again.

Excellent accommodations on all aspects of Key West. Food, lodging and amenities were all outstanding. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The bar had excellent drinks, breakfast was great every morning with great coffee. Ibis Bay resort is a paradise all by itself. Zero disappointments

Overall, it was a good stay. The room was clean, safe, and comfortable. The only issue was that the wall-mounted air conditioner was a bit noisy, which may bother some guests. I would recommend replacing the older wall-mounted AC units as they wear out to make future stays even more comfortable.

The Good: The Stoned Crab is an a great restaurant and bar. The food was too notch and the bar was very good with a nice assortment of mixed drinks. The staff was courteous and friendly. The Bad: The rooms are in need of repairs. Drywall corners cracking. Lock bolts on front door to room sticks. The sliding glass back door of each room is poorly designed and the bar that serves as a “lock” can easily be picked from the outside. It was an ok place to stay.

I loved that there was a bar by the pool, and that there was some shade provided. The bartender was so cool, he definitely made the stay worth it. The front desk staff were also nice and let us hangout at the pool while we were waiting for our room to be ready. All of the colors around the hotel were so bright & fun, and parking was super easy. The negatives: There were ants in the room crawling onto our bed, another dead bug in the windowsill, and the pool water was NASTY. You could see so many things floating in it, hair, paper/plastic, dust etc. I also wish that there was more shade covering more of the pool.
