Just like the pictures! It was so cool staying in a houseboat! We enjoyed the patio area, restaurant was great (happy hour 3-6) with playground ship area. Was able to see jellyfish, tarpoon, and nurse sharks! Big enough for our family of 6 with 3 beds and a fold out couch!

Right next to busy highway. Had everything you need but not much extra. Beds were comfortable. A/C is a bother with part of the place very cold and part very hot. Unique with being on water. Basically, it is a tiny house.

Good if you like sleeping in a camper. Quiet hours were a joke- loud people all hours of the night and then working with saws and hammers at 5 am.

Absolutely loved this property. Very affordable, cozy and good quality stays. Be ready for a little fish smell when walking outside! But I did not mind that.

There were rude men on the dock ordering us around. They had nothing to do with our stay. The bar area was really cool and convenient however we didn't eat or drink there as we were totally ignored. We left and went to another place close by that had much better service. Too bad as we would have bellied up to that bar and ate and drank all day and night for the two days we spent there.

This was a terrific quick visit, will be back next year for a longer stay. Boat was clean, deck was nice to sit and have a meal or watch the water and the activities. Recommend highly!

This was a different and overall positive experience. Everything went well, and when we had an issue with the toilet, it was fixed immediately, which I really appreciated. Parking can be a problem — one night we had nowhere to leave the car because there were no available spaces. Overall, I liked the place. Just a heads-up: there’s no soap or shampoo provided, so bring your own.
