"The night I stayed the petrol station next to hotel was being refurbished. That meant jack hammers and floodlights throughout the night - the poor staff didnt know anything about it until they started and were very apologetic - staff were very good. Professional, welcoming, friendly and helpfull. However - the room I stayed in was a bit grubby (lights on side of bed showed how dusty the room and carpet were).
