"The staff was amazing and super helpful and friendly. We had an amazing stay at the Baileys. The location is great. The rooms were a bit cold, could use an extra blanket. Also the curtains weren't great to cover the window and we like it really dark in the room."

"The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating and friendly. Our room was lovely and situated off the courtyard so it was extremely quiet. The room was well laid out with ample room for 2, with a perfect dining nook in the mini Kitchen (which was also very convenient)! The art deco themed decor in the lobby is fabulous. We loved staying there and will definitely book a room there on our next trip to London without a doubt. A big shout out again to the reception staff! A very cool relaxed vibe in an art deco styled haven."

"The hotel was perfect, exactly as described and in a lovely quiet but accessible location. The room we stayed in had 3 separated sleeping spaces so was brilliant for a family of 4 with two teenagers. The staff were also amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Pool and Sauna area also very nice. It was pricey, but it was value for money. Would highly recommend."
