"The apartment was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are in the basement level and felt a bit damp, so we kept the air conditioning running to keep the rooms dry. Also, the living room space had furniture that was not very suitable for 4 or 5 people to use so the area was not very comfortable. "

"First of all, the washing machine was quite handy. That was a game changer. Checkin was smooth. But communication was a bit off mostly due to language barrier. I had a small inconvenience because of the number lock wasn't working properly. Had to call the associate the open the door with keys. Manjuu (front desk staff) was great help in terms of everything. "The house is much smaller, but is in a very nice neighborhood, and is surrounded by severel ammeneties to help with your visit, in a few minutes is a familymart and a 7-eleven, 5 minutes away is a grocery chain (Bel-X) and a Daiso, and the station thats 8 minutes away connects to a decent amount, with the easiest to access being Kita-Senju, allowing quick travel to most of the main areas, notably akihabara with the express liner. "Very clean home and friendly host. As a tall person I felt very squished however Japan is known for maximizing space! Perfect place for solo travellers only I would say. The place comes with a bunk bed but I believe it is only really made for one person. Very close to Lawson, Familymart, and 7/11. About a 25 minute walk to Shinjuku station. Less than a 5 walk to the nearest bus stop. Overall I would rate this home a 5/5!"

"Perfect for a family with kids. The flooring dining area is so cute and beds are very comfortable. The room comes with kitchen and utensils all necessities and to our surprise they even had new packed dish soap and sponge and wipe cloth which is adds extra ordinary towards hygiene and cleanliness. And our favorite was the laundry machine. It made us super ready for next day with all clean baby bibs and pj’s. I highly recommend everything about this hotel. Coming next yeR to stay here again."
