"The hotel is located in a quiet area of Shinjuku and makes it a good base to visit Tokyo. The property is very clean, our room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was super nice and helpful and spoke English very well. The rooms were cleaned every day and there is a laundry room with very efficient washing machines and dryers. If I return to Tokyo I will definitely stay here again!"

"Super nice and helpful staff. Great neighbourhood, close to excellent affordable restaurants. Clean, comfortable and well set up room."

"Very close to station but a 2o min walk to town! Had washer and stove in unit but didn’t use them. Need coffee in room. Need more pillows and pillow was dirty."
