"By far truly one of the best ever all inclusive resorts! The attention to detail by all the staff makes you feel super valued. I stayed on the 5th floor ocean front and Ruben from room service was exceptional and truly exceeded any request or expectation. Will definitely be staying here again!"

"My first time to this hotel/location and I can definitely say I will be back ! I loved the closeness of 5th Avenue and all it has to offer. The north beach was my favorite in the morning, and then the pool in the afternoon. The tireless efforts to remove the sargassum was amazing. The event staff was wonderful to interact with.. as was all the other staff members. So helpful and very kind. The specialty restaurants offered delicious foods, and I could always find something at the buffet I enjoyed. I was offered an upgrade to my room at arrival as it was off season, and I can honestly say it was the best decision to have that beautiful room and view! With all good fortune , I will be back next year! And bring more friends!"

"This was my first inclusive resort and I'm so glad I chose Hyatt Vivid. The staff was wonderful. I wish I could remember the name, but I can't. I went solo for my birthday. I had a mishap or misunderstanding, but Cristina, the manager, was the best and she was able to call and talk me through what happened. Now the seaweed at the beach was a lot which is natural for my understanding.i will visit again and I will be telling all my coworkers to stay here .I will be back again. Thank you for everything."

"The only concern for us was the seaweed on the beach but not much they can do about that. We have an amazing trip. People were fantastic!"

"This is a lovely resort and we have stayed there twice. There are lots of different activities and live music to complement your stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only disappointment this time was that we beach was unusable. It was covered in seaweed and it made the ocean water brown and very smelly. They "upgraded" our room and gave us rooms closest to the beach, which would be nice under normal circumstances but not so much under these. If you are hoping for a beach holiday I would not book here for now but if you do not mind spending your holiday in pools only this resort is still great and the food and staff were excellent."
