Royal On The Park

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful location very close to the river. It was right downtown across the street from the botanical gardens and within walking distance of cafes and bars. The hotel has a nice laundry room and the staff were great. We left a few items in a drawer and picked them up on our way back through. Definitely recommend."

"Very bad experience. The room was dirty, and the bedsheets and blankets were not clean at all. The swimming pool was also extremely dirty and looked unhygienic. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can immediately feel the lack of cleanliness everywhere. There was also a bad smell throughout the hotel. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone."

"The room could benefit from a bit more TLC. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the decor felt plain, which didn’t create a very homely atmosphere. The lounge area also felt a little bare. There were also some issues with the TV not connecting to YouTube and difficulty using the television overall, along with intermittent WiFi connection problems."
