"Room was clean"

"We stayed here for our anniversary and this hotel is so nice! The rooms are so neat and we loved it!"

"Unfortunately I would have given them 5 stars until I realized that the bathroom had urine stains on the wall and floor. Otherwise everything was fine. Continental breakfast was delicious, parking was easy and staff were friendly and helpful."

"Staff and the lobby were very nice and well maintained. I feel the rooms upkeep could have been a bit better and nicer but overall the stay was nice."

The furniture is stunning and includes a functioning pipe organ (!!) as well as a piano —antique with GORGEOUS timbre. The decorations were next level! And the place was really clean. honestly that would have been more than enough for me but the treatment by the hosts was superb. They were so attentive and considerate really going above and...

"بغرض البحث عن شقة"

"The staff were excellent. The hotel restaurant is excellent. They will move coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave to your room on request free of charge. For ice you will need to go to the hotel restaurant and get a bucket. There is no free breakfast included with stay, however there is great dining both in the hotel and in the local area. The layout of the hotel is quite nice, with a very relaxed, classy, warm vibe."

The bath cabinet had no door on it. The towel rack was broken. There was one bath towel it was thin and cheap. No wash cloth. No dish soap to do the dishes. Just all around awful. Didn't mention hidden damage fee of $200(what a joke) until I had already booked room. Then you get a welcome email asking for...

"Super clean and modern. Very well appointed. Great value."
