This hotel was exactly what we needed after visiting the Met. The parking was hard to find, but once we found it, it was good. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

The property was very nice, the staff was kind and helpful. The Bathrooms need some fixing. Unfortunately they do Not have a refrigerator. They did offer parking. Next door had a cute coffee shop and a 7 eleven There are plenty of food places to select from. Its a great location if you have a student going to Temple University. We felt super safe. We'd Definitely Stay there again.

It was a one night stay for my kid’s University move. Hotel is neat and clean. It is not like your typical Hampton Inn or Marriott hotels but it’s a cute little hotel located in the Temple University campus. Coffee shops and few restaurants are within 5 min walk . Short walk to parking garage and other offices. It was a nice day weather-wise. I enjoyed the walk after dinner, especially after a tiring day ( 4hrs of drive followed by 3 hrs setting up the dorm before checking into the hotel). Overall, it was a good stay for one night.

The staff was excellent. Mia was at the front desk when we checked in - friendly and very knowledgeable about the Temple campus. She was very helpful in arranging an extra bed in the room, going out of her way to confirm when it was convenient to us for her to be in the room and setting up the bed by herself. The only reason for less than 5 stars is that the queen bed was extremely soft, so soft that management should consider replacing the mattress.

My son and I stayed here when we saw Metallica at Lincoln Financial. A couple blocks walk to metro, excellent pizza joint nearby. The hotel itself was clean and snug. Definitely a good quiet place to stay.

Very well-located, even if you don't have business at Temple University (it is on the grounds). Short walk to Broad Street (Orange) line, which gets you to downtown quickly; also a short walk from AIR train line. Dining options surrounding it were fine, but geared towards students. Inn is an older building, but well-maintained. There is a student run cafe inside which has solid muffin, smoothie & coffee options. The rooms are on the old side, and the bed was quite soft (too soft) but it was clean. The bathroom is small, which is OK, but the sink has no place to put your shaver, toothbrush or anything else -- and it all tilts towards the drain; need to add a small thin shelf to the wall. Overall, if you find a reasonable price, like I did (about $70 cheaper than downtown), I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel. The room was perfect. Loved the availability of tea and coffee both in our room and in the lobby. Would return here and would recommend to others. If you have a Temple music student having a concert it is perfectly located for that.

Convenient of you’re visiting Temple University. The inn is nothing special but the staff is great. The young men and women who work there are helpful and friendly. The inn is directly on campus so nights can be loud. My only complaint is that the AC was not working and the room was stifling hot. We didn’t notice until late so did not bother to call for maintenance in the middle of the night, our fault. I’ve stayed at the Conwell many times and have found it just fine.
