"The hotel is nice but the layout is very confusing. The staff member at reception could have explained the layout more. You have to go to the 10th floor to check in, they need better signage. Also they refused to print me a receipt because I booked through Expedia, even though I asked about this in advance before arriving. "

"The bathroom needs a little maintenance especially the toilet seat,and the dining area need more necessities and to have the dirty silverware properly stocked not on the floor in a small container. And for the elevator it’s terrible,I have to use the stairs all the times because of fear the elevator dropping suddenly. And the plug in walls need to change as well. Staff good."

"Very large room with high ceiling and full kitchen--great for families. Great location. Good breakfast selection--cereals, breads, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs, yogurt."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and approachable. The stand out was the food at the Cartier Arms pub on the main level. We didn't get a chance go try the pool or the gym, but I briefly checked both area out. I'm going to remember my bathing suit and workout clothes for our next stay. The best part about our stay was the location. Easy walking distance the main attractions and shops in old Montreal."
