"Beware if you are planning to use the underground parking and your vehicle is medium to large size. We have a small suv and went down. The corridors are circular and quite narrow; ended up going down 2 levels to find a space BUT the second one was VERY narrow. So when we returned after the second day, we went down to park, but stopped on the first level because there were spaces and I was very worried re coming up lower level narrow winding ramp. The next checkout morning as while we were packing up, an employee knocked and told we had parked in the manager’s spot; to immediately move the car. We pointed out we were almost finished packing and to let us finish quickly and then we would move the car. Answer no. Very bad way to treat customers and the funny thing is when we rushed down to bring up the car from the first level, there were NO OTHER cars there…for a few minutes the boss could have just used an empty spot"
