The first floor has a bedroom with en suite bathroom, open living space with fully equipped kitchen and large kitchen island for dining, with a full cabana bathroom leading to private pool. The second floor has two bedrooms with walk in closets, sharing a large bathroom, with washer and dryer conveniently located. The third floor bedroom has an en suite bathroom and large closet. Finally the rooftop terrace with pool table for entertainment, accompanied by endless ocean and mountain views. Enjoy your morning coffee listening to nature and checking the waves, or a cocktail as the sun sets providing an endless cascade of color. Additionally, we have a back gate that provides quick access to the beach and Hermosa Palms beach club where you will find a large resort style community pool and Yoyo’s swim up bar and restaurant. Yoyo herself resides in Hermosa Palms and is the heart and soul of our community. You must pay her a visit and enjoy her incredible food and craft cocktails! Playa Hermosa is an intermediate to expert surf spot voted 11th best wave in the world. PLEASE NOTE - these waters are NOT recommended for beginners. You may also walk the beach to find more bar/restaurants or take a short drive back up to the main highway. There are a few mini marts in town to fulfill your basic needs with Jaco just 7mins around the bend, loaded with all your ammenities, surf for all levels, nightlife and endless entertainment!
