"Room was clean and comfortable. However, don't go by the pictures. There was absolutely no view. They promised us a view. We requested an upgrade and told the hotel was fully booked. Location was great and very quiet property with easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, very good if view is not a priority."

"Hotel Villa Paradiso was a beautiful and charming hotel set right on the edge of Taormina. It was very accessible to the park and nature reserve. It was a 4 minute walk to Corso Umberto and only 10 minutes to the amphitheater. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very polite and helpful."

"Junior suite that wecwere in had a stupid shower unit placed in the middle, spilling water everywhere. Breakfast was fresh but outdoor service pitifully slow. Had to make a take-away arrangement with the helpful concierge to tie in with a taxi pick-up."

"Lovely large rooms right in the middle of Taormina, but nice and peaceful once in the garden. Friendly welcome from Rohin and all the team are friendly and helpful. Yes you will hear noise from the street early in the morning, but for a couple of days, that's fine. You're in one of the busiest tourist spots you'll ever visit. We would stay again. Great value for the location."

"The location is wonderful. My only complaint is the bathroom - although private- it was not inside my room. I had to use an old fashioned key to lock and unlock my bedroom and then go to the hallway to lock and unlock the bathroom every time. It was a bit inconvenient. Also the AC needs to be updated. I was sooo hot."
