"Hotel was very clean and spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable and the staff were super helpful and observant (you need to present your key before they allow you in the elevator). Highly recommend this hotel. Casino is a fun stop but the real attraction is you are only 4 block walk from Niagara Falls!"

"Rooms are well maintained and clean. The breakfast was decent although had limited options. The staff was helpful - our door key reader battery had died one night, and the staff helped replacing it themselves despite the engineer not around. It is about 12 min drive from the falls and we used the free shuttle service one morning. The room was the best part, with the free parking also being a very useful complementary benefit."

"Bath door needed replacing. Evidently it had been kicked in and door was repaired but not very well. The suite was really large and at the end of a seven day trip appreciated. Staff were all friendly. Prefer non scented shampoo and conditioner. Parking was good. Previous reviews raved about breakfast but hash was really salty. Most hotels serve high sugar yogurt so Greek would be appreciated. Low salt and sugar diet makes it difficult to eat most hotel breakfast."
