"We had a very bad experience during our stay at Red Roof Inn Buffalo. We had to change our room 3 times. The first room, 218, did not have a functioning air conditioner. The 2nd room, 222, had the smell of smoke in the room and there was a stain on one of the comforters. The 3rd room, 202, had an entrance lock which did not function properly, and left the room unsecured. We finally were able to settle in room 201, although we were locked out for a little when returning from our trip. We had to...
