"Rooms werenā€™t very clean. Ants in the room for example. Staff werenā€™t very friendly upon check in. We came in at 6.30pm and asked if we could eat in the restaurant. We hardly was allowed dinner as they were closing down. So we rushed through dinner and generally didnā€™t feel very welcome. Beds were ..."
