Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower"The employee with the tree tattoo on his head was horrendous. We were displaced by the strike at Westjet. We needed a place to sit for 6 hours until our room was ready. So we sat down to order the coffee. I had to order it twice ( after he snatched the menus away angrily)when he forgot even thought there were only five tables seated. I asked for menus once we felt hungry. He never returned to take our order so we left. He did the exact same thing to my husband the next day. He should be let go....

On the downside, we stayed in room 101 which was on the first floor at the front of the building. The noise overnight was extremely loud. The noise continued all night until approximately 6am.
