"Pros: Overall the experience was positive. Some of the frustrations were on my own part. I didn’t read that parking was not included. But there is a parking garage attached to building via bridge. The building was modern and maintained well. Beautiful roof top views. We used the grill on roof top to make some steaks. Had a coffee shop inside the complex. Super convenient location to restaurants and other downtown attractions. Owner was pretty responsive via Expedia app. Room was very clean. Room...

"Rooms small and dark. Basic room with lots of street noise. Lobby needs a deep clean the cold air return on lower level where you make your first impression was covered in dirt and dust ."

"Cleanliness, kindness, and location are great"

"Easy in and out. Great stay"

"Beautiful room, loved the fireplace, the bathroom and the valet option. The restaurant on site is wonderful."

"needs remodeling"

"We checked in and while I parked, my wife went to the room and some mans clothes were in there. She was freaked out and went back to the lobby where they gave her another room and comped the $20 parking. Only one room key worked. There was only decaf coffee in the room. The keurig machine didn't work. The phone in the room was broken. They did bring another keurig machine up about an hour and a half later, when we were getting ready to leave."
