Most of the staff was great including the valet, bellman, and room sevice, but I am complaining to Marriott Bonvoy for the rude and unhelpful nature of management. The hotel restaurant Old Hickory was awful. It took an hour to get my drink order and I never got a menu to order food! Never again! "

"It was renovated and looked good design wise. But the place was very dirty. There were stains all over the carpet. The beddings were all ripped up and stained. And it has a distinct smell that is not pleasant. Hotel has bad reservation system as it was overbooked."
