No communication about room service, had to ask for towels and room cleaning Breakfast server spoke Spanish to her headset the entire time with no consideration for patrons. Lastly I found 3 small black bugs on the “clean” bed. Front desk apologized but no mention to compensate. "

"I mean they make you pay for parking and breakfast. So there’s not much to complain about really"

"While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property."
