"Hotel was wonderful along with the entire hotel staff, great location, room clean and confortable. We love the floor to ceiling windows and our view of the city was amazing. Spa was excellent as well as workout space/pool. Breakfast has plenty of choices to fill your plate. Lots of seating in the breakfast area if you want to sit looking out the window or sit at the coffee/bar."

"Great views!"

"Fantastic hotel, with excellent service and a wonderful team. I will definitely be staying here again."

"房間訂比個女結婚用 成間酒店啱啱翻新 好正 最意想不到嘅 係由大堂到房間所有員工服務都冇得頂 呢樣真係好值得讚 如果我有朋友嚟香港 一定推薦佢哋訂文華東方酒店"

"Exceptional in every way. Honestly outstanding. Won’t stay anywhere else in Hong Kong now. The staff, the location, the property. Honestly just faultless."

"Great service; the people helped us immensely, even with the language barrier. Great service"

"A touch of luxury close to Star Ferry. Very helpful staff and fabulous breakfast. If arriving on foot with heavy luggage avoid the pedestrian entrance as stairs only to reception. Find the road access instead which is on same level as reception and concierge available to help!"
