"The hotel has a somewhat unusual layout. Some floors are not accessible by elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs, which was inconvenient. The breakfast selection was fairly limited. The air conditioning was also not very strong and the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, causing it to become very steamy after taking a shower. Location is the only positive thing. It is walking distance to the old-town which is very beautiful."

"The hotel is a kind of apartment hotel style, therefore we had a kitchenette and good space around. It was a one bedroom type. The location was fine has you had some stores closed, but a little far to go to the old town. Nevertheless, it is clean, well maintain, good amenities and we appreciate the place. A little expensive, though it is high season."

The parking at check in is awful, for it is located at busy area, and there is no dedicated parking for check in. another thing i felt is missing if the hook in the bathroom, only one. There are two of us, staying for two nights, i normally don’t request room service for two nights."

"The staff were so lovely and helpful. The only downside was that as we had a little person in tow, we'd have to pay to use the pool in the spa downstairs. Which was a shame as we booked the hotel specifically as it said there was a pool. The breakfast was really nice, every member of staff we met were all so lovely and it was only a quick drive into Colmar."
