Otherwise, the photos do not do it justice as it smells like a sewer in most parts of the property due to broken pipes, and the beach is non-existent, the water is brown and there is a fence, no beach. Very deceiving. This might be a Holbox issue but either way it does not look anything like this in the photo."

The cleaning service was immaculate. The serving staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the chefs were outstanding. The breakfasts are something we still daydream about as a family! Location: The private beach was amazing, with crystal-clear water and spectacular grounds. The hotel merges beautifully with nature, offering plenty of shaded seating, beach beds, and loungers that can be adjusted for sun or shade. The pool was wonderful to lounge by and was never crowded and always easy to relax. Rooms: We stayed in the Presidential Suite with a loft and two bedrooms, which was perfect for my spouse and our two teenagers. There was lots of space to gather as a family while still having privacy. The bathrooms and toiletries were luxurious, the beds were dreamy, and the balcony—with its hammock and table with chairs—was one of my favourite places to unwind. Aldea Kuka was perfect in all ways!!"
