"Luz communicated with us the whole time which made our stay very nice. I left my medicine in the freezer and they called so that we could come back for it. That was so nice. We always think hotels are too expensive so no worries on price. Very reasonable for what was around. Wish the TV had a basic cable of some kind as we didn’t want to put passwords, etc. in for streaming."

"Real mente todo fue super ...las personas encargadas muy amables ...volveria a este lugar ...como en familia ..."

"The breakfast was not good at all. You had to check off policies you would abide to. One was noise level. But at 3:00am when people were heading in the hotel they were noisy and stood outside there room for a long time waking us up. When we got there they couldn’t find my reservation. They had given my room to,someone else."

"My stay was wonderful. The property was very clean with all amenities listed was included. The property is very nice. It felt like home. Ac worked very well. The internet TV, was not as great with lost of connection often. ( not a big deal) I was out and about often. The house keeper was friendly, helpful and loves her work. The neighborhood is safe. Very noisy because its on the main road. Plenty of restaurants around if you don't want to cook your own meals. I really enjoyed my stay...

"I really liked the way the property looked like from the outside. The spinning fan was broken and there was no hand soap nor shampoo or conditioner provided. There was a mini fridge and microwave which was nice. Once you got your keys for check in, it was very independent and you were able to walk in and out as you pleased. When we first arrived, very minimal greetings/communication was said and it felt very awkward. It was located with many bar options outside and close the the University which...

"Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) - Absolute Nightmare! This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Communication is nonexistent. I contacted the host/management the day before arrival—no response. I messaged again the morning of—silence. I landed and was essentially stranded, finally receiving the check-in instructions hours after my flight landed. It only got worse once I actually got inside. There were zero towels provided. When I reached out to staff, it took them a ridiculous...

"Very good experience"

"Very nice place close to the beach. Margie was great communicating."

"Very cute place"

"This place is amazing! We were glamping right next to the Puerto Rico Botanic Gardens. The tent was clean with an amazing private bathroom and a very nice bathtub! All the tents have a mini refrigerator, dishes and utensils, a microwave and a front porch. We had a great night listening to all the night creatures, like the coqui. There is a very nice pool. The owner was very helpful and nice. It includes a great breakfast with fresh fruit. There is a dog in the property that is super adorable!"

"Everything was great I would definitely book again. The place was so comfortable and cozy. Staff was great communication with everything I would definitely book again. I recommend booking here."
