"This hotel is highly commendable. We appreciate the continued provision of complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste, a traditional amenity. The water pressure in the shower on the third floor, where we are accommodated, is notably robust. The bathroom is equipped with a towel warmer and a large, illuminated circular mirror, both contributing to a luxurious experience. Additionally, the hotel features a restaurant offering Asian cuisine and bubble tea. The bedding is exceptionally soft and comfortable. The front desk operates on a 24-hour basis. "The Buffet" and the Cityview Rooftop are conveniently located within a five-minute walk from the hotel. We anticipate returning to this establishment on future visits to the area."

"Lovely property. Great staff. We arrived late at night (11:45pm). There was no person in sight. And no signs to lead us into the reception (we wandered around shouting into the lobby). Night manager was great. Very helpful. There also no personnel at Housekeeping, but he take the time to fulfill our request. Really, for a Regency type of property, there should be somebody at housekeeping. Besides night was restful and breakfast delicious. Thanks so much!!! Hotel lobby is stunning."
