All staff were very helpful and polite. Several excellent restaurants are just a short walk away, and a shoreline promenade right in front of the hotel offers a delightful place to stroll, walk the dog, and get fresh air. Finally, the free airport shuttle service works well, but infrequently it comes by only once every 45 minutes or so."

Rooms are clean and medium firm beds, good wifi, good black out curtains, windows can be opened in the room, close to union square close to subway and cable cars! Wheel chair accessible hotel"
