"The room was small. It was great having an washing machine/dryer in the room. I did laundry every night. It took 3-4 hours per load. I ended up doing laundry at night, so if you have trouble sleeping with noise, this might not be an option. We stayed for 4 nights, so our room was not cleaned daily. We did get the garbage and towels changed daily."

"It's a quiet hotel slightly behind the main street. Shopping is abundant nearby, the popular shopping street 狸小路 is just 4 min walk from hotel. Kitchen isn't well-equipped. Instructions for using the washer & dryer aren't very clear, make sure you don't interrupt the wash cycle, otherwise you won't be able to open the door.The wash+ dry cycle takes 3.5 hr. Wash is faster, abt 15- 30 mins depends on your set up. I suggest you just use the wash cycle & then iron dry your clothes if you're in a hurry."

"Excellent prime location in Sapporo. This hotel is located immediately facing the famous historic Hokkaido government building with a beautifully landscaped park in the south of building. Very convenient to walk around down to Odori park & Susukino for food and shopping. We were upgraded to the room that provides park facing room and enjoyed nice scenery from the room."
