"We had a fantastic stay here in one of the new deluxe rooms. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well furnished and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot dishes (special praise for the eggs benedict) alongside fruit juices, pastries, yogurt etc. We also had an evening meal in the pub which was again very nice. The pub is conveniently located a few minutes from the Bath park and ride. We'd...

"The property was spotless, clean, the bed and open area spacious, but the bathroom, especially the bath area, was not big enough to move around. The room temperature was colder at night. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices; the gym space is small and lacks enough equipment. Most importantly, it is a nice place to get a quiet, relaxing break, and I would recommend it to loved ones and friends for a good staycation. Also staff were friendly and consider coming back in future."

"The room and bathroom is all vinyl and/or plastic. Even being aware of the danger, I took a fall stepping out of the shower and only by a miracle I didn’t break my arm or worse, I tried over DAYS to report this to management, but the was never any general manager on site to address my concerns even though I asked the font desk for a call or a contact multiple times. I was nearly very serious hurt, there were no grab bars to help, and not response from non-existing management to help. ...
