Great location, walkable to local attractions. Poor drainage in women’s showers. Fridge in room not functional, unable to store food-which was unfortunate as food options onsite not available due to scheduling. TV not functional. Would love more hooks on walls for towels etc. Ultimately would stay again, enjoyed Hahei very much!

We were only there for the night so we didn't have time to enjoy the facilities. It was a surprise to find that 5.30pm was considered "late" check-in! But we managed to get checked in, so all good. Basic room but practical. Unfortunately, the plates were not cleaned properly, so we had to wash the plates and cutlery before using. Wonderfully close to the beach. We wished we had time to enjoy what it had to offer. But we left at 6.00am the next morning, so no time to enjoy.

Our villa had the most amazing view and on the beach. The master bedroom upstairs was very nice with the best deck and view. Just one bathroom downstairs. Over all the villa had everything we could have possibly needed and was very spacious. Clean and tidy.

Great property on the ocean with lovely views, nice outdoors bar/restaurant food court kind of set up with outdoor fireplace to sit by, and very convenient to the main events - Hot Water beach where you can literally dig a hole in the sand (all the hotels provide shovels), that fills with hot geothermal water and creates your own shallow hot tub (or just use one someone else dug when they leave as we did!), and Cathedral Cove. The ocean views from our room which was roomy and comfy were stunning and we had a great time. Highly recommended.
