"The staff was wonderful and the room was spotless. What stood out to me was the extras at breakfast. It's the little touches that sets them apart. They offered tortillas,sourcream and salsa and a few items to add to the waffles. It was also very clean and well attended. "

"Sonesta in Richardson is beautiful. The customer service provided by Jemini was truly welcoming upon my arrival. She went above and beyond to help me with my room and location. Lydia, was also very pleasant. I usually stay at a Marriott, but I must say, Sonesta is beautiful, clean and when customer is above and beyond it really made my traveling much easier. I had to extend my trip another week. This Sonesta is truly clean and beautiful but I decided to extend due to the exceptional customer service provided by Jemini, Lydia and kind interactions with other employees."
