Requested towels never got them, hotel convention center is under construction. Therefore no working restrooms inside the area unless you walk to lobby to use the one restroom they have. One elevator was not working so it took at least 10 mins for the elevator to come to the floor and another 5 minutes for the elevator to get to whatever floor you need get on. Room is small and very dusty. I like that it had a fridge and microwave. Terrible lighting and very uncomfortable beds.

The room and the property were very clean. I’m not usually a fan of hotels since I prefer being at home, but I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly, and the location was convenient for both shopping and the event we attended. The rodeo is also right next door and runs every weekend during the season, which is a fun option if you’re looking for something nearby to do. My only complaint was the bed, but it wasn’t the worst I’ve slept on and wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

Stayed for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. The bed was not very comfortable. I did like the size of the restroom and the water pressure was great. The front desk staff was friendly. The pool area is huge but unfortunately the pool looked dirty. They are pet friendly. Overall, the hotel is ok and works for families on a budget.
