"First the the good. The interior is clean and my wife calls it cozy. It is spacious and comfortable. The down side are the systems. The house is in need of a repairman to fix a number of items Each by themselves is not bad but in total it was annoying and should not exist at the price charged. The entrance gates was full of lichens dust the flagstone needs sweeping the porch rails are dirty and the porch is in need of paint. On the inside some electric outlets provide no contact to plugs. the kitchen sink faucet has a loose base. The lamp in the northwest bedroom is broke, loose wires. Should not be used. The dishwasher did not pump out on the last cycle and flooded the floor. The front porch needed sweeping. I repaired the flapper valve of the upstairs toilet tan with a wire tie. Need a stainless wire, as my fis will soon rust through. I felt I should have brought my tools and start fixing things. "
