"Checking in after ‘regular’ hours was horrible. The ‘automated’ system would not work. I found my reservation, but the system would not advance to allow me to create room keys. I exited and retried multiple times. I called the numbers posted for assistance and was unable to reach anyone. I left messages and waited for a reply. Finally, after 45 minutes Travis responded and was able to get in touch with the company that supports the check-in system. He was able to reset the system and help me with creating the room keys. The check-in person through the camera at the kiosk had difficulty finding my reservation in order to create keys as well. Finally, after being there an hour fighting with the check-in kiosk and waiting on responses, we were able to get into our room. There needs to be someone at the front desk at night to respond to difficulties and check guests in."

"We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Pros: great location near the bike trails, clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, ample space for four people, building was quiet, nice view, nice deck, good selection of board games, responsive hosts. Cons: I had contacted the host (which seems to be a management company) prior to our stay to ask about AC and was told there were portable units in both the living room and one bedroom. When we arrived there was only one, in the living room. The bedrooms were warm but tolerable with a combination of fans, open windows, and the one AC unit going. Only other cons were that the wifi was spotty at best, and it would have been nice to have some chairs out on the deck. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again."

"Impressively clean, the condo was immaculate upon check in. Spacious and very well equipped. The deck was spacious, and the deck furniture was some of the best I have found in any rental. Definitely keeping this unit on my list for future Snowshoe trips."

"There was quite a bit of hair in the tub around the drain when we first checked in. It was kind of icky to see that. The room itself was nice though. I'd go back when I want to visit Snowshoe, WV or the surrounding area. The property is right in the middle of the village, which is nice. Close to restaurants and shops."
