The nave was demolished in 1829 and now the church just has a stump of a nave as it is shown in the picture, being the section to the right of the tower nearest the pathway. The church is very impressive and must have been even more so before the nave was pulled down.

"The moment you step into the hotel you get the feeling of being in a 5 star hotel. A warm welcome from the reception team who gave us an efficient yet friendly check in. The room was amazing very clean and certainly above what we expected. Tea and coffee, lots of towels, comfy bed, giant tv, plenty of pillows. All the staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good. Could not fault anything. "
