"We had a great time staying here! To my surprise, there was a Nespresso Vertuo machine, which I’d been wanting to try for ages. What a lovely bonus — I finally got to try it!"

"Very clean and neat room for a few nights stay and convenience to a lot of places within walking distance."

"The property reached out to try and solve some of the issues in my last review. The property is clean. The AC is great."

"Very nice property with helpful staff. A good value for the rate ."

"A wonderful little gem in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. Steps from the beach, yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. My room was beyond comfortable, and the staff was courteous and kind. Franciscan Inn offers a breakfast, 24-hour, coffee, and snacks! This will be my new go to for my annual visits to beautiful Santa Barbara."

"Great location. Comfortable areas to sit and visit both inside and outside. Excellent breakfast."

"Beautiful property and location. Helpful and friendly staff. What a beautiful city! 2 minor gripes: Could not stream with their chrome cast platform. Staff tried to help but didn’t know what iPhone settings need to be changed. Hot tub out of order."

"The hot tub was green. The pool area poorly maintained. Area not a good place to walk around. People sitting on the sidewalk next to pool and parking lot smoking which came into the pool area. People living in motorhomes next door to hotel. Could not get room to cool down, AC was barely coming out."

"Great area to stay in, no noise which was good, the parking was pretty limited & tricky & the shower to turn on was also a bit tricky. Other than that would highly recommend. :)"
