"Weather was amazing here but the room was false advertisement The pictures that were on the website were not the room I was put in first. I came here for my grandson h s graduation and wanted to be close to the Westgate area without paying the westgate priceses. Well I’ve got pictures of the first room, and definitely absolutely horrible. The tub was paint flacked there was a cigarette burn in the bed sheets and silly string on the wall behind the bed"

"This hotel is beautiful and clean, with tons of fun options nearby for entertainment. I stayed here for my birthday and to attend a comedy show and it was a wonderful trip, the venue was directly next door within walking distance and made for a seamless peaceful vacation"

"Impossibly clean hotel. Recently remodeled and shows pride of management. They literally thought of everything! Room was clean and comfortable. Pool is small but not bad on a warm day. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Easy parking. Free hot breakfast. Water machine. Tons of free tea and coffee options. We were very pleased and would stay again."

"The room was nice and clean but there were a couple of lights that were either burned out or malfunctioning. It didn't really matter because the large window let in plenty of natural light and at night the bathroom lights were bright enough for the whole room. The bathroom is very nice. Fun modern decoration and seating. The bed was very comfortable. We did ask for staff to clean up the pool for us. There were debris from surrounding plants and some dead/dying bugs but they quickly sent someone out to sweep up around the pool and he also skimmed the pool itself. Overall our experience was very good. Excellent customer service and we would definitely stay at an Aloft again. Especially this one. 👍"
